This notice covers www.meetnaughtybbws.com, the information website you're reading now. Your dating account, profile, messages and payments are handled in the members area at members.meetnaughtybbws.com, under its own privacy policy. Read that one before you join.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Ambervine Inc is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What this website collects
Very little.
- No cookies. This website doesn't set cookies.
- No tracking or advertising scripts. There are no analytics tags, advertising pixels, social media trackers or similar scripts on these pages.
- Server logs. The website is a static site hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record technical information when you load a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working properly, for example to spot attacks or errors. Vercel handles them under its own privacy policy.
We don't use this information to build a profile of you, and we don't sell it.
If you start joining from this website
Some pages have a join box. If you type your email address into it, the address is sent to the members area at members.meetnaughtybbws.com so you can carry on signing up there. From that point it is handled under the members area's privacy policy, not this notice.
Two things about the members area are worth knowing before you join:
- Profiles are shared with partner sites in the same network. Members of those sites can see your profile and message you. The how it works page explains this in more detail.
- Payments go through the network's checkout, and the billing name that will appear on your card statement is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why we process data, and the legal basis
We process server log data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping this website secure, available and working properly. We pass your email address to the members area when you use a join box because you've asked to start signing up.
How long data is kept
Server logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period under its own retention rules and then deleted. This website doesn't keep any other personal data about visitors.
Where data goes
Vercel and the members area may process data outside the country you're in, including in the United States. Where data from the UK or the European Economic Area is transferred, it should be protected by safeguards recognised under UK GDPR or GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data:
- UK and EU: under UK GDPR and the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask us to restrict how it's used.
- Australia: under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask to access and correct personal information held about you.
- United States: some state privacy laws give residents rights to know about, access, correct and delete personal data.
Because this website holds so little, most requests will be about your members account. Make those through the members help centre, which can deal with both.
How to contact us or complain
For any privacy question or request about this website or your account, use the members help centre at members.meetnaughtybbws.com/help. The contact page explains how.
If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection regulator:
- UK: the Information Commissioner's Office
- Australia: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
- Ireland: the Data Protection Commission
- Elsewhere in the EU: your national data protection authority
Age
This website and the members area are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Read it alongside our terms of use and the facts page.
